1. Course Purchases

All purchases made on SkillRaga are for digital products (video courses, eBooks, etc.).

Once access to a course has been granted, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

You were charged twice for the same course due to a technical error.

You faced a payment processing issue and did not receive course access.

The course was not delivered as promised (e.g., broken or missing files, access issues that we cannot resolve within 7 business days).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase.

Lack of usage (not accessing the course after purchase).

4. Cancellation Policy
