At SkillRaga, we strive to provide high-quality e-learning programs that deliver real value. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be granted.


1. Course Purchases

  • All purchases made on SkillRaga are for digital products (video courses, eBooks, etc.).

  • Once access to a course has been granted, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged twice for the same course due to a technical error.

  • You faced a payment processing issue and did not receive course access.

  • The course was not delivered as promised (e.g., broken or missing files, access issues that we cannot resolve within 7 business days).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Partial completion of a course.

  • Lack of usage (not accessing the course after purchase).

  • Disliking the course content after full access is provided.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • As our courses are digital and instantly accessible, cancellations are not possible once access is granted.

  • If you have subscribed to any future membership plans (if introduced), you can cancel future billing at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.


5. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund (if eligible), please email us at support@skillraga.com with:

    • Your full name

    • Order ID / transaction details

    • Reason for refund request

  • Our support team will review your request within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome.


6. Policy Updates

SkillRaga reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
